Managing Shares

Keep control of your shared content by managing your share links.

Viewing your shares

Go to Settings > Shares to see all your active share links.

For each share, you’ll see:

• The group being shared
• When it was created
• Whether it’s password protected
• Current status (active/inactive)

Deactivating a share

If you want to temporarily stop access:

1. Find the share in your list
2. Toggle the active switch off

The link still exists but won’t work until you reactivate it.

Reactivating a share

Toggle the active switch back on to restore access. The same link will work again.

Deleting a share

To permanently remove a share:

1. Find the share in your list
2. Click Delete
3. Confirm the deletion

The link is permanently invalidated and cannot be recovered. You can always create a new share for the same group.

Changing the password

To update a share’s password:

1. Find the share in your list
2. Edit the share settings
3. Enter a new password
4. Save changes

Anyone with the old password will need the new one to access the content.
