Creating Shares

Share any group by generating a unique link.

How to create a share

1. Open the group you want to share
2. Click the Share button in the group menu
3. A unique share link is generated
4. Copy the link to share it

Adding password protection

For sensitive content, add a password:

1. When creating or editing a share, enable password protection
2. Enter a password
3. Share the link and password separately with your recipients

Recipients will need to enter the password to view the content.

What gets shared

When you share a group, recipients can see:

• All tabs in the group
• All sub-groups and their tabs
• The hierarchical structure

They see a read-only view and cannot make changes.

Share link format

Share links look like: https://tabhaven.com/share/xxxxx

Each link has a unique identifier that cannot be guessed.
